Delivery and Returns


Click and Collect Orders:

Click and Collect orders will be ready to collect within 48 hours of ordering. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to collect.

Shipping to the UK:

All orders are processed within 2 working days. Orders are not shipped on weekends, public and bank holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there is a delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

* Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched same day for next day delivery. Orders placed after 12pm and at weekends will be dispatched next working day.

Shipping confirmation & order tracking

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched containing your tracking information.

International Shipping

Please contact us via email - - before ordering so we can accurately calculate shipping costs.

All international deliveries are carried out by DHL. Orders are processed within 2 working days. Orders are not shipped on weekends, public and bank holidays. Order tracking will be available within 24 hours of the parcel being shipped.

Please be aware that orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient and we have no control over this.


We're sure you'll love your new glasses but if you have any concerns or questions, we're here to help.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging, and in the case of spectacle frames or sunglasses, must still have its tag attached.

Please package carefully as we cannot accept damaged or used goods.

We ask that you complete the returns form and include it in your return. Please contact us at if you need a copy of this.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
